Salesians Out Serving is a program which was first begun in the Eastern Province of the United States of America. The programme is run with hundreds of young people every year, this year alone the programme was run in six different areas. The programme has three distinct stages, each consisting of a different type of work and focus. The programme was begun recently, in 2001, but has become very important for Salesian Young people in the USA, who travel from far and wide.

This is the first of its kind to happen in the UK and it is guaranteed to be just as successful for many years to come.
