| Fr Bob Gardner comes from Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. He spent his early years as a Salesian in Dublin, Merseyside and Durham and after his ordination he moved to Glasgow, where he carried out some ground-breaking youth work, bringing together young people from Catholic and Protestant communities. As our Salesian coordinator of 'Non-formal' Youthwork he travels around the country visiting Salesian youthwork projects and takes part in meetings at European level. He is an avid supporter of Rangers football club, and a keen gardener. |
