Where will I be staying?Savio House is in Bollington we are in the Cheshire countryside. Retreat groups normally stay in the Coach House and Mews. The building is split into 2 parts (Coach House and Mews) and each part of the building is normally used for separate male and female accommodation. The building has 57 beds over 32 rooms which are a mix of single and twin bunk bed rooms. A plan for the Coach House and Mews can be found on this page.

What will the young people be doing?Each retreat programme is written tailored for the age and experiences of the young people. The timetable offers times for reflection and prayer as well as time for team building activities and a chance to see the Cheshire countryside.

What is the food like on retreat?At Savio House the menu varies from week to week but on retreat we serve breakfast (toast and cereal), lunch and dinner. We cater for all dietary requirements please ensure all requirements are detailed on the pre-visit form to ensure we are able to cater for everyone.

How much money should young people bring with them?At Savio House we have a tuck shop and gift shop so young people may wish to bring some spending money. £10-£20 maximum is advised.

Do I need to bring a sleeping bag and a towel?All young people and accompanying adults will need to bring a sleeping bag and a towel.
